Took a drive down to Mound Bayou with one of my favorite coworkers today. She doesn’t mind a bit if I make her stop to get photos of blues-worthy road kill or trees in water.
I think it because she likes hollerin “Giiirrrl you better look out for gators up in there!”
Giiiirrrrl the Midsouth is getting hot. It’s almost summer (according to the people who I complain about the heat, it ain’t even summer yet). I need a hand fan, a cooldanna, and a camelbak. We are leaving for Alabama tomorrow.
